"Who wants to buy a Vienna apartment in a good position, it must often spend ten to 15 percent more than a year ago," says real estate agent Margaret Funk. After the house prices were rocketing in recent years in the height, the experts had expected for this year with smaller increases or stagnation at high levels. This was not confirmed.
